Sykehusapotekene HF (SAHF) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Helse Sør-Øst Regional Health Authority (HSØ). We have introduced new procedures for ordering goods and services.
This means that, whenever possible, purchases should be made through systems based on catalogue items or free-text purchase orders. Suppliers are therefore required to include the hospital pharmacy purchase order number (PO) on invoices sent to us.
The objective is to streamline and digitalise the flow of information between SAHF and our suppliers. Suppliers providing catalogue items are requested to comply with HSØ’s common requirements for electronic collaboration. [sykehusapotekene.no]
Electronic Invoices (EHF Format)
Invoices to Sykehusapotekene HF should primarily be sent as electronic invoices (e-invoices). For suppliers who already send invoices in EHF format, there are no changes apart from the invoice labelling requirements described below. [sykehusapotekene.no]

Invoice Labelling Requirements
Invoices must be marked with a six-digit cost centre number, at a minimum including the main number (see table below), but preferably the correct department within the pharmacy being invoiced. This ensures faster and more accurate invoice processing. [sykehusapotekene.no]
